8-Hour HAZWOPER Annual Refresher (Standard Version) Online:

This online HAZWOPER refresher course provides a convenient way for employees who have completed the 24 or 40-Hour Initial training to meet OSHA mandated annual refresher training requirements under 29 CFR 1910.120. Workers attending this course will cover 19 separate course topics including health and safety procedures and personnel protection during work operations at hazardous material sites.

This feature packed, interactive online course includes over 450 individual training units and topics, 2+ hours of full motion video and a self-paced design that allows students to complete the course at their own pace. Advanced features such as audio, chapter quizzes and reviews, a final exam and advanced book-marking and time tracking insure students complete the required 8-hours of training mandated by OSHA while staying engaged and interested. At the completion of the course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing.

Who Should Take This Course: All persons who have received the 40 or 24-hour HAZWOPER initial training must have annual refresher training (every 12 months) to stay current and insure continued certification in HAZWOPER and Emergency Response. For individuals fluent in the Spanish dialect, we also offer a Spanish translation of the 8-hour HAZWOPER Refresher.

Prerequisites: Students should have completed the initial 24 or 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and have maintained certification through annual refresher training. If certification has not been kept current under OSHA guidelines (each successive year after completing the initial 24 or 40 Hour HAZWOPER), the 24 or 40 Hour HAZWOPER should be re-taken to maintain certification.
