Terms and Conditions:

All requests for refund must be made within 48 hours of the initial registration or;  before the student has completed 25% of the online training course. Requests will only be honored for individual (single) registrations and do not apply to custom courses or corporate block (multiple) purchases. The percentage of completion will be determined by either the number of units in the training course, divided by the number of units the student has completed or, the total available course time, divided by the amount of time the student has actually spent logged into the Learning Management System. All notifications should be made IN WRITING via email (so we can validate your request date and time). All refund requests should be sent to: comments@csregs.com ALL refund requests will be issued a Cancellation Code that must be retained as proof of notifying us within the required time. Requests that do not meet the above requirements, or requests without a valid Cancellation Code  will NOT be eligible for refund.
