- Terms and Conditions:
- All requests for refund must be made within
48 hours of the initial registration or; before the student has
completed 25% of the online training course. Requests will only be honored
for individual (single) registrations and do not apply to custom or
corporate block purchases. The percentage of completion will be determined
by either the number of units in the training course, divided by the number
of units the student has completed or, the total available course time,
divided by the amount of time the student has actually spent logged into the
Learning Management System. It is suggested that all notifications be made
IN WRITING via email with a date stamp to validate the actual request time.
Requests should be sent to:
comments@csregs.com ALL verbal refund requests will be issued a
Cancellation Code that must be retained as proof of notifying us within the
required time. Requests that do not meet the above requirements, or requests
without a valid Cancellation Code will NOT be eligible for refund. All
40-Hour HAZWOPER training refunds will be adjusted by $75.00 plus shipping
and handling unless the complete Hands-On student package is returned to
Compliance Solutions in a re-usable condition. Return postage is the
responsibility of the student. Any shipping or handling fees will NOT be
refunded.
