Objective: This course provides refresher training for OSHA Site Supervisors who have received their initial Site Supervisor certification.

OSHA's regulations 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8) state that Annual Refresher Training for managers and supervisors specified in paragraph (e)(4) of this section (HAZWOPER Site Supervisors), shall receive eight hours of refresher training annually on the items specified in paragraph (e)(4) of this section (suggested training topics for Supervisors & Managers) any critique of incidents that have occurred in the past year that can serve as training examples of related work, and other relevant topics. Note: Bold Italics are added for explanation.

Prerequisites: Before an individual can take this Annual Refresher course, they must have completed the OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training course, all subsequent annual refreshers and, must have completed the OSHA Site Supervisor Initial Training.
