System Requirements

To take an online training course, you computer MUST meet the following MINIMUM requirements:

1. Computer: A Pentium I 350 Processor or better or Macintosh G-4 w/Intel Processor
2. RAM: 512kps (Memory) or better
3. Operating System: Microsoft Windows ( XP, Vista or Windows 7) or McIntosh OS X 10.0 and above
4. Browser:
   1. Internet Explorer, ver 7.0 or higher (free download)
   2. Firefox Ver 1.5 or higher (free download)
   3. Safari (McIntosh) Ver. 1.2 or higher (free download)
5. Macromedia Flash® Player (free download here)
6. An internet connection speed of at least 112kbps (high speed connection of 256 kbps or better required for audio and video)

Special Note for MAC Users: Due to security constraints, time monitoring requirements, and issues with Java Script (your browser MUST have Java Script installed) MAC users may experience performance issues. Compliance Solutions DOES NOT provide support for MAC users. At a minimum you must be running MAX OS X, version 10.0 or above with the Safari browser. Older platforms are NOT supported.

If you are unable to access an online course because of hardware/software issues, you will be subject to our regular cancellation policy. Please read it carefully.

Optional Video and Audio Component Requirements:

All online courses can be taken in their entirety with a computer that has the minimum requirements outlined above. Courses that contain optional video and audio (these components are not required to complete the course but make the training more engaging) require additional hardware and a faster internet connection.

To use optional video and audio features, you MUST have:

1. A sound card and speakers
2. An internet connection of at least 112kbps for audio and 256kbps for video

Due to security and tracking requirements, the following Browsers and Operating Systems are NOT Supported:

Operating Systems: Windows CE, ME (Millennium), MAC OS versions prior to OS X Ver 10.0

Browsers: Any browser other than those indicated above, specifically AOL, MSN "Butterfly", Netscape and any browser with built in pop-up protection.
