- Register for an online training course (click the link below).
- After registration, a unique User ID and Password will be sent to you, along with a link to our secure Learning Management System to begin your training.
- We provide you 24-hours to evaluate our online training course (or 25% of the course content- see terms and conditions below**). If you are unhappy during the evaluation period above, contact us and we will refund your course fee.

**Terms and Conditions:
The 24-hour evaluation period begins when the registration is completed. All requests for refund must be made within 24 -hours of the initial registration. If the registered student has completed 25% or more of the total course before the 24-hour evaluation time has expired, they are NOT eligible for refund. Requests will only be honored for individual (single) registrations and do not apply to corporate blocks, custom courses or multiple purchases made at the same time.
The percentage of completion will be determined by dividing the total hours available in the course, by the amount of time the student has actually spent logged into the Learning Management System. All notifications MUST be made IN WRITING via email. The time stamp on your email request will be used to validate if the request was made during the Guarantee period. ALL refund requests will be issued a Cancellation Code that must be retained as proof of notifying us within the required time. Requests that do not meet the above requirements, or requests without a valid Cancellation Code will NOT be eligible for refund.
